Pleasantly Surprised

I hear a lot of nightmare stories about insurance companies not accepting claims due to “previously existing conditions” so I was stressed out worrying that they wouldn’t accept my claim for investigating my dog’s urinary incontinence problem. I have previously had claims denied for UTI treatment since she’s had UTI issues in the past. I was concerned they would consider this related to that issue and deny the claim. However, they were able to see that it was a separate condition without further effort on my part and accepted my claim. I was very relieved to get the news because I have been on the fence about whether or not pet insurance is worth it. I have more confidence now, for future issues, that Pet’s Best will have my back.

Peace of mind

Pets Best insurance gives me peace of mind knowing it's there when I need it. I am a responsible pet owner and can handle regular vet bills but want the security of knowing a major vet bill ($1000+) will be covered by insurance and not put a burden on my family.

Great pet insurance

We've had Healthy Paws pet insurance since our goldendoodle was two and through a broken leg, a lipoma that needed removing, and surgery for cancer, we've never had any issues with payment on a claim. Having reliable pet insurance has made it possible to give our dog the care we want to give him. Very very grateful.

One less worry

Pets Best is the best in insurance coverage for your pet

"Pets Best is the first pet insurance I have ever had and I am so pleased with their service. Sadly my sweet kitty has been diagnosed with a heart murmur which means lots of vets visit and lots of vet bills. Pets Best makes this situation so much better, easy on line filing process and a fast claims processing with a direct deposit into my bank account. Very simple and easy to understand. Easier than Insurance for People!

SO GLAD I canceled early and found out what crooks Pet's Best are before spending hundreds of dollars

The "30 Day" money back guarantee is a big fat lie. I signed up For Pet's Best on March 6. I decided not to keep it and called today, April 5 -- day 30 -- on my break at work to cancel it. I was told I would NOT be refunded because the cancelation date would be TOMORROW, day 31 and that I needed to call YESTERDAY -- day 29 -- to cancel, as the cancelation date would be today. WTF? I talked to someone YESTERDAY because I had questions, and she didn't correct me when I said I knew I needed to decide whether or not to keep the policy and tomorrow (today) was the last day to cancel and get a refund. I just went online to my account, and it says I have no pets and no active policies. Sure as F looks like my policy was canceled TODAY, day 30, not tomorrow as the customer service rep claimed. I'll be contesting the charge with the credit card company, filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general, and calling Pet's Best on my day off to inform them of them complaints I've filed and that I will warn clients at the dog training/daycare facility I work at to stay away from their company.
