I have had best pets insurance for nearly 20 years. They have been there for all of my pets.

Pets Best is an awesome pet insurance company. I've never had pet insurance before, so I read reviews and shopped around. I just had a feeling with this company and so I went with them and I am happy I did.

I always know that when I file a claim or have a question that the person who helps me will be kind and friendly.

Do not choose Fetch for your pet insurance. They deny everything! My vets even sent letters disagreeing with them denting my claims and they still would not cover what their policy states., horrible company

First time I have ever purchased pet insurance and I am happy with the company I have chosen, Pets Best. They have been very easy to work with and very easy to contact on the phone if I need to. Their doctors are available any time you need them as well, to ask questions or help with anything. The claims process is very easy as well and fair I think. Completely satisfied so far.

Signing up was easy and convenient for me. I would definitely recommend this insurance to friends and family as I did a lot of research and the coverage for the premium quoted was definitely one of the best.

I had a simple question: Does Fetch cover deciduous tooth removal. What a JOKE!!!! It's a yes or no question. This is the conversation that followed While we are not able to confirm or deny specific coverage without a claim being filed, I can say that your policy is set to cover any non-routine dental procedures, such as medically necessary cleanings due to gum disease, tooth extractions, etc. We can only cover these treatments as long as the issues themselves were not pre-existing to your policy. well, when she was a puppy she only had one set of teeth and now she has two....soooo..... is that pre-existing. Rico profile We are not able to confirm until a claim has been filed since this will be based on the medical history of your pet. In general, any condition or clinical signs or symptoms that your pet has before the policy started or within your waiting period is pre-existing to your policy. that is most unhelpful. My dog got really sick, but I knew that with my insurance I would be able to get whatever treatment or testing needed for her to be healthy again. This pet insurance and the vet saved her life, I will forever be so grateful I decided to go with ASPCA. The claim process was easy and I already received my reimbursement!
