I am thrilled with Pets Best. They adjudicate claims swiftly and correctly. Reimbursement is quick too.

I have submitted claims for my cat's meds in the past and was reimbursed. Now they are saying it is predisposed and they will not pay me. Also they are becoming a lot more strict and time consuming on claims.

I would recommend anyone looking for insurance for their pet to check out Pets Best . I really was skeptical about pet insurance but this really save us a lot of money. Our Pug suddenly came down with a stomach issue that required an overnight at the ER vet and the coverage really helped. My experience is only one incident with one dog and I never had insurance for a pet before to compare to but definitely satisified.

I have not had insurance in the past. Met Life has made it very easy to put in a claim.. I can either download the bill for my dog via an email statement or just snap a pic and add...very easy! They keep you aware of the process and when to expect payment. My dog has had pre-existing conditions but they pick up with anything new from when I started the insurance and have not raised rates at all with my renewal, in fact, I got $500 more coverage the next year for FREE!

This was the first claim I've had to submit as my formerly completely healthy cat was diagnosed with a heart condition. We had a pretty hefty bill from the cardiologist and I was worried it would be difficult to submit a claim but to my pleasant surprise it couldn't have been easier! I got the claims result back in less than two days and received the reimbursement in a week which was really impressive. I put in a claiim two months ago. I called four times still nothing. I wish i went with another company. Now im stuck. I keep getting promises it will be done.

I researched a bunch of different pet insurances before deciding on MetLife. MetLife offered the best rate for the type of coverage I wanted for Finian, my 2 year old Irish Wolfhound. Any specific questions I had were answered in a phone call by knowledgeable,friendly, and caring people. It is extremely easy to submit a claim….just snap a picture of the invoice and your done. The claims are processed and reimbursement occurs in less than 30 days and (here’s the part I love) deposited directly into my checking account! My only complaint is they do not offer horse insurance.

Healthy Paws has been wonderful for our dog with allergies and back arthritis! It is such a relief to know that we are able to provide him with all the care he needs to stay feeling his best self!
