"Unfortunately my corgi has had several health issues that have had to be addressed both at her regular vet and at the doggie ER. Her bills have been pretty hefty. Fortunately I insured her with PetsBest starting the day I got her from her breeder. PetsBest has paid exactly what I have expected based on Murfee's policy. Each claim has been paid very quickly and accurately. I am thankful for PetsBest and totally impressed by the quality of customer service. "

Best Ins we have had
Metlife has been by far the best pet insurance we have had. Very prompt with doing claims and payout. The only thing I don't like is the APP you can't see certain things on it but when you call them they answer all your questions and are great. I have 3 dogs on it and another one soon.

Poor Service
They obviously have issues with paying claims. Delays, delays, delays and then say they get no response from Vet.

Customer service
I have found it difficult to get claims processed for multiple reasons. In 2 years time they have paid one claim. Today's customer service representative belittled my veterinarian which upset me. Then she hung up on me. So, on top of a sick pet this was what I had to deal with.

Very helpful
I am very glad to have Lemonade so that I can have the best care for my beloved puppy. They are very friendly, professional and helpful. It was a little unclear what was covered and what was needed for our initial exam… but overall the experience was great. I highly recommend them!

Simply the best!
I train and depend on Service Dogs. When they are sick their human partner suffers. EMBRACE pet insurance is the best out there....all of my 10 Labs are insured and bills exceeding 10k were paid without question..90% $200 deductible. I will never have a dog without Embrace pet insurance. Its my promise to the canines that make life possible!

George - As per the policy we do require medical records for all enrolled pets in order to process claims, including a copy of the required enrollment examination. Once full records are received (typically we ask for them when you file your first few claims) we will keep them on file for future claims processing. The records you provided were line item records. These do not note any detailed information about the visits and cannot be used for processing. If we receive the needed documentation, we can process your claim.
