Yukon's care
Our dog required emergency surgery and luckily came through well, our claim submission was very easy through Healthy Paws and was reviewed very fast.

So glad we chose Met Life
We’ve had 4 rescues and we decided in April to purchase pet insurance. We are very happy with how easy it is to submit claims.
Also, everyone I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and supportive.

Pets Best at $600 a Year is a Monumental Waste of Money
Don't waste your money here on monthly debits. They make an excuse to not reimburse every single time. I have been with this insurance company a couple years now and have never been reimbursed for anything. It's highly laughable at this point to go through the motions of uploading the paid invoice to the vet, then sit and wait for an apology email as to why it's taking so long, then sometime later, a denial of coverage. Time and money wasted.

Best insurance for your pet- by far!
We have a long haired dachshund whom we had for 6 years before he got ivdd. He's had 4 surgeries for different discs. Luckily, we purchased Healthy Paws Insurance for him when we got him.. We bought Healthy Paws the day we got him, not knowing how valuable it would be! A friend recommended them to us. We thank them every time we see them.! It was without a doubt one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. It is very easy to file a claim. They process that claim within a week usually.
The best purchase you can make because unlike many pet insurance places there is NO limit to your amount of claims!
I’m not writing this simply because Healthy Paws
Asked if I would. We tell every one who has a pet that it is one of the best decisions you’ll ever make! Your pet deserves it, I promise!

I will probably gift Pet's Best Insurance for Christmas to my newest grand-dog's family
Without Pet's Best Insurance we would not have been able to afford treatment for our 11 year old mobility service dog--despite the years of dedicated service he has given us. We may have had to make an end of life decision last January when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was having seizures. Having insurance allowed for options to evaluate the situation and decide on treatment. Treatment has not been cheap (over $20k to date), but worth it when I see him enjoying life and initiating play with his newest cousin (a 1 year old very healthy lab). Filing claims is very easy and now it takes very little time before I am reimbursed. We went years without ever using the insurance, but it gave me peace of mind knowing that we could handle health issues if they arose.

MetLife Pet Insurance is the best we have had quite a few emergency visits for our girl with stomach gastritis and they were great with all the claims.

Do Not Embrace Embrace
I am so displeased with Embrace that I considered reporting it to their state's insurance board. As far as I garner, they have a very sophisticated bait and switch program. I changed the policies of my dogs as they aged; Embrace claims they have not record. Embrace increase the yearly cost without personal notification. A text is not a proper notification. Then after they raise your deduction amount, the have a 60 day waiting period from the renewal date. Who remembers what date they signed up? Again, where is the notification? It has cost me over $300 a month to ensure my dogs and yet Embrace has not covered one expense. They keep raising the deduction without proper notification. I assure you that I would never carry a $1000 deduction and a $10,000 coverage on a senior dog. Embrace is so insulated that it is almost impossible to contact them; there is no email address and if you try to call, be prepared for a very long wait.I finally got through to a young woman who offered explanations that were less than satisfactory.
I feel that Embrace's honesty is edgy. I warned the young lady to whom I spoke, do not drop my policy until notified. Also, I found after much research an email. I have not heard back from Embrace. insure

Beyond grateful
Our family is beyond grateful for the coverage that we have for our sweet kitten through Healthy Paws. The financial assistance, easy processing, and fast reimbursements that Healthy Paws provided throughout an extremely difficult time to ensure our sweet boy was able to get the care he needed is something we are forever thankful for. I cannot recommend this coverage for your furry family enough!
