Best Pet finds any reason to deny legitimate claims!
My Frenchie had nare surgery done due to poor breathing. They denied claim for “pre existing” because she was born that way. Of course she was!!! Same thing with hooded vulva surgery which was necessary due to repeated surgery. Because she was born that way it was considered pre existing!!
I don’t even try to file claims anymore. I only keep the insurance in case she gets hurt. I Do Not recommend at all!

Highly recommend Pets Best
We have had Pets Best insurance for our dog Penny since she came home over 5 yrs ago as a puppy. We are so happy with this wonderful service and ease of filing. We are so glad we chose this company and can’t recommend them enough! We will always use them for any future pets we have!

Great care since pups.
We have 2 females we insured when we got them as pups at 3 months. pet family shared plan, Met life has honored every claim per plan with 80% reimbursement.
have no complaints. ty Met Life pet caring for my family. P. S. my company an added plus.. payroll deduction is available. Just one more thing making them the right choice for us.. HAPPY WITH MET LIFE. 🐶

Bought through employer benefits program
I've had two claims since we started this up about 2 months ago. On the first one the claim was processed super quick, and paid out after the deductible was met. Seems relatively inexpensive, and the claims APP is super easy to use.

Highly disappointed
Very long claim times, confusing emails stating no info needed then denying/closing claims because I didn’t provide information. I called 4 times on my claim 1st office was closed for training other 3 times wait time was so long I eventually hung up.
It honestly feels like they intentionally make it difficult so that the average person will just give up!
I plan to look for a different company.

Pets Best - Wouldn't consider another company
We have 2 boxer boys. We had our pet insurance with a different company that we were very unhappy with prior to Pets Best. We are so pleased with Pets Best. Claims filing online, even by mobile phone, is quick and simple. Every claim we've submitted has been paid out as expected based on our policy coverage, and is direct deposited into our bank account. When we've needed to contact them with a question, customer service has been courteous and responsive. Thank you Pets Best for helping us care for our favorite boxer family members.

I've never had any real problems with this insurance.
I've never had any real problems with this insurance. I, also sell insurance both Health/Life and P & C, so I know that certainly isn't all that common. Besides, very nice people to speak with.

I can breathe easier with this coverage!
I can't say enough good things about Trupanion. My dog is getting older and I have had some claims. They are handled very quickly. I am very happy that I have pet insurance and happy that I chose such a great company.

All around outstanding service!
My husband was in the hospital in January for a week. I had to board Kane during that time. The policy covered all of the expenses. Whenever I call customer service every one of their employees is kind and very helpful. Keep up the great work!! Best purchase I have ever made for Kane.
