I'm paying Pet Partners $1,750 a year for two dogs, for them to reimburse me 15-20% of my dogs' annual preventative exam fees. I would be better served putting $125 a month into savings, and if the dogs don't get sick, keeping the $ set aside for a rainy day in the future in the event they ever do. Instead, 2024 will have passed, I am about $2,200 that I will never get back and I am sick over it. A total of $1,750 in premiums, $650 in pet expenses, and I was reimbursed a total of $190. This is by far the most idiotic way I have ever spent my money, and what's worse is I didn't the reimbursement back prior to open enrollment and so I enrolled for another year. This feels like the ultimate gotcha moment. I actually feel like quitting my job just to get out of the premiums. Isn't that terrible.

Harper, our 11-month old Belgian Fur-Missile sustained a cut on her lip and we had to rush her to the vet for stitches under sedation and post op care; needless to say the bill came in high; submission of the vet receipt was easy, and the claim, minus the deductible and co-pay, was processed within 2 weeks and reimbursed directly to my checking acct. I cannot praise this company enough. I never imagined having two puppies with major issues arise in their first year of life. One of them has an autoimmune issue that has resulted in several ER and specialist visits. Pets Best covered everything as promised. The other puppy fractured both of her front legs, then managed to somehow rebreak one of them. The one that rebroke turned into complication after complication. Pets Best has covered more than I ever imagined. Surgery after surgery, ER visits and follow ups with the specialist and rehab vet. Medications have also been covered. I'm beyond grateful for Pets Best for taking the financial stress out of caring for these little dogs that have had so many problems. The claims are processed in a timely manner always within the time frame promised at the time the claim is submitted. I couldn't be happier with our experiences so far. I recommend Pets Best to everyone that has a pet.

Don’t put your card down for auto premium payments. They double charged me for October as soon at I added my card then refuse to refund saying I missed a previous payment when I did not. I have my bank statements and they cannot show proof where one was missed. They say they look into it but never got back to me. They always raise the premiums $20-$40 per month each year. They pick and choose what qualifies. I feel they are a very dishonest company

Pets Best has been great for our Zoey. It is not cheap but I have never had a dispute with them or had any kind of problem at all. They live up to the policy contract and I can always get ahold of someone if needed. Claims take minutes to submit. I have checked out other companies and Pets Best is the absolutely best choice form my dog.

Pets Best continues to excel. Our older boy suffers from a variety of conditions, and his recent doctors' visits, including an urgent care visit, were submitted, processed quickly and paid out according to the terms of the plan. We have a small dog that we have insured with Pets Best for several years. It is very easy to file claims. The explanation of benefits is easy to understand. The cost is reasonable and the increases each year make sense with her increasing age. When I called to speak to an agent he was easy to understand, professional and very helpful.
