A great experience

Very easy to file claims, and I got very quick responses on the status of the claims. In addition to filing my claims online, I also spoke to a customer representative on the phone because I had a few questions. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. I really appreciate that

Such an easy process!

After having precious dogs with health issues, we purchased insurance for our current pups. Our 2 year old developed kidney stones and needed unexpected vet care. It was easy to upload our claims and they were processed quickly. Fast payment was wonderful, especially knowing that she will need follow up appointments with additional charges.

Healthy Paws is Wonderful

Healthy Paws is a wonderful service. Very prompt with claims. The insurance coverage is fair and the policies are clear. I enrolled my dog when he was a puppy, and he came down with an autoimmune disease when we he was one years old. I could not have given him the care he needs without Healthy Paws.

Pet's Best is a scam

Pet's Best pet insurance is a scam. They covered nothing for my dog's multiple visits to the vet for an ear infection. They called it a "pre existing condition" because she had an ear infection years ago. Do not waste your money with this company.

easy claims process

I have had Pets Best insurance for several years- luckily not need it for anything major. However, the claims process is exceedingly easy to do online- with an immediate confirmation of receipt. I have never had an issue with my claims, other than accidentally filing things not covered by my chosen plan! I have suggested this service to many.

Pets Best Happy Customer

"I've been very pleased with my decision to go with Pets Best for my pet insurance so far. I did extensive research (reading all articles, top 10 ratings, calling the customer service lines) for many companies and Pets Best was among the top 5, if not #1, in everything I looked into. The only complaint I saw was that the time between submitting the claim and receiving the reimbursement was between 15-42 days. I was hesitant at first but I'm here to say that I submitted my claim on a Monday (Wellness/Annual Visit), I was notified on Wednesday about receiving my reimbursement, and I received the reimbursement in my account on the following Wednesday - Less than 2 weeks! I feel like I made the right decision with Pets Best. "

Rosie's Clim

I've had 2 other Claims for Rosie that went very well. The most current one had a lot of complications and had to make several calls and ask the Vet to send in information several times. I finally got Samantha who was GREAT and understood what was wrong and got a supervisor involved and got my Claim reviewed and finalized quickly- Many Thanks to her and the supervisor who got this over the Finish Line!! Pets Best never pays

After several years of having a policy, this company never paid one claim. Their excuse was always “contacted veterinarian for more information.” According to the vet they never contacted them, and they never paid a claim. Total waste of money.
