Very Satisfied Customer

Extremely friendly and helpful customer service. Everyone seems to be genuinely happy and to really care about their customers' pets. Also, the claims process was an absolute breeze. Very glad we chose Healthy Paws for our dog.

No Fuss Claims Settlements

Love Embrace. Have had the insurance for 7 years now. I have never had any problem with claim settlements and usually it happens in 3 to 5 days after I have submitted it. This is the best pet insurance I have dealt with. I will never own another dog that isn't covered by Embrace!

Amazing Service

I was very hesitant about pet insurance because I wasn't sure if it would be worth it or not, and I must say I totally love it! I've had amazing service with Embrace! Quick response times to all my emails and claims and filling a claim is so unbelievably easy. I love the wellness riders, that's why I chose Embrace and I'm so glad I did!

Buy this insurance it has helped us

My vet recommended this insurance plan and I was not sure about whether to buy it or not. I did and it has been a pleasant experience and prompt payment of items covered. I didn't think we would need this insurance and it turned out we did and it has totally paid off. I have mentioned this company to my vet and the emergency vet to spread the word to other pet owners. I never write reviews but thought I would give a thumbs up to buy pet insurance from Embrace.

Will never have this insurance for pet

This insurance is terrible, showed it would be covered for emergency care to be denied, will never recommend this insurance to anyone now I am out over 700.00 due to being denied, this is the worst insurance ever and this was my first time getting pet insurance thought this was a good company but seems not to be at all.

Love Healthy Paws

We recently had to have an unexpected surgery performed on our 16 month old puppy. I was stunned at the cost of the one surgery estimate, being $1200. First was an x-ray that was $145. I had almost forgotten we had purchased the insurance just a few short weeks after getting our pup, in December 2015. After the surgery and when our pup was home, we filed our claims on the app (so so so easy!), simply taking pictures of the invoices and submitting. I accidentally submitted a claim for his well visit and figured it would just get denied as no charges were covered, that I knew of. I submitted the weekend following the surgery, which was on 1/11/17. Our claim totaled about $1500, which included $300 that should not have been covered anyway due to my error, and we were reimbursed 940. So, 940 out of 1200, which included our $250 deductible and the 10% we owe. The claim was paid and I received the checks within about 10 days. I even received some reimbursement from the well visit claim for some medication!!! It was only 10 dollars and some change, but I was very excited that I had done it in error and still received credit for it. Our vet recommended obtaining pet insurance when we took our pup for his first visit after getting him at 8 weeks old. She provided information on several companies and we did our homework and reviewed them all online. We were most impressed by Healthy Paws. After this experience, I can definitely say that we couldn't have done a better job in choosing them for our pet insurance needs. They even followed up on my pup, asking how he was doing after his surgery. Puts them really high on my list for great customer service!!!

Great coverage and helpful!

I have three pets/performance dogs insured with Embrace and they have been to the letter in upholding their commitment and have been most helpful when I have had a question or needed further explanations. I feel I get what I have paid for and have never had pet insurance before as I felt it was too restrictive. These folks give a good service!

My Poor Calli Had Some Stomach…

My poor Calli had some stomach troubles and after 24 hours of no improvement we rushed her to our vet. We found out she was very dehydrated and fluid was immediately administered. Luckily after tests were run we found out it was just something she ate. We got paid about 60% of our vet bill back which was a decent amount considering I bought specialty food that was not covered. All in all both Calli and myself are happy and healthy and thats what matters. "
