Great health insurance and very easy process
Both of my cats were sick with separate illnesses. Embrace processed the claims very quickly and the reimbursement check was mailed quickly as well. The online portal was a fantastic resource to keep up to date with the entire claims process. I am very happy with this service.

My cat's wellness medical exam and vaccine was fully covered within a week, no questions asked.
Embrace is the best pet insurance all cat owners should have for worry fee wellness and sickness coverage.

Healthy Paws works with no hassle!!
Our rescue lab just turned one when he started shivering and spiked a fever in the middle of the night. He ended up having to stay at the emergency vet for 24 hours to diagnose and monitor his condition. After we brought him home, I filed the claim online with Healthy Paws and the claim was quickly processed and accepted. A week later, I refilled his antibiotic and submitted a claim for the cost of the pills, which was also quickly accepted. We received checks in the mail for both claims within 2 weeks! I would highly recommend this company to any pet parent looking for pet insurance, I can't imagine an easier company to work with or one that has better coverage.

Love my Embracepet Insurance.
I have aa English Mastiff and have had to make several claims due to illness or injury. Embrace has been wonderful. My claims have been processed within days of submitting. Customer service always courteous and very helpful with any questions I may have. Couldn't be happier!

Came in handy!
Our 2 year old Min Pin either got bit by something or had an allergic reaction to something. He also had hives all over. We don't quite know what it was. His face was so swollen we thought his throat may close up. My husband rushed him to our vet. They were there waiting for them. They gave him (the dog :)a shot of benadryl and some other meds for it. Trupanion is paying $254.51 of the invoice submitted.
Condition 1. Swelling $282.79
Eligible $282.79
Claim Payment at 90% Coverage $254.51
Other: Ineligible Items $75.00
Please refer to the following policy exclusion(s):
9.D.i We do not cover the costs, fees, or expenses associated with: Examinations; $75.00
So for over $300 dollars we received $254.51 back. Got the check in a couple days! Now, let's pray they don't raise my rate...again for the third time! I'll keep you posted. Great service though and I may just be happy with them.

Embrace representatives go above & beyond to help
I recently had a dermatological visit denied due to my boxer having a temporary exclusion of dermatological issues based on some ear crusting and scarring that was due to trauma noted while the policy was still in the 2-week waiting period. My regular vet submitted a letter of appeal as the recent skin issues are not related to the earlier ear issues and still the claim was denied. My vet offered to speak to the claims adjuster and the Embrace claims adjuster called my vet and they discussed the matter further. My vet was able to provide additional information that allowed the initial denial to be reversed and now his dermatological issues are now covered. My point is this-even if a claim is denied it is always best to speak to Embrace and find out the reasons why and you will find that Embrace representatives will work with you and help you if they can. Even if my claim ended up not being covered I would still recommend Embrace to everyone I know because they really do care about their policyholders. Be respectful and be patient with the process and you will find that this company and its representatives REALLY DO CARE.

Great Customer Service
I have had Embrace a few years now and have always been glad I chose them based on coverage, customer service and turn around time.
However, most recently I received a reimbursement check that was damaged in the mail. I was afraid they might give me a hard time to reissue a new. On the contrary they were very nice and have reissued one right away.

Worst insurance ever.
Being that my bet recommended embrace to me, I actually thought it would be worth the $70+ a month to have my dog insured. But after months of filing claims and appeals, I can honestly say that nobody should use this company. Even after my vet contacted embrace for us to elaborate on my dogs condition because the claim forms are not nearly specific enough, we have yet to receive any reimbursement. I will be contacting my lawyer that is how displeased I am with embrace pet insurance. I feel like I've been robbed.
