Simple claim process
I have only submitted two claims, the claim process is simple to submit (by email). The Pets best claims folks had some questions and contacted the veterinarian themselves, it was really great not having to be the middle man.

Good service
I’m happy with Nationwide. Claims could be processed a little faster. I had 2 claims about one month a part and the first one sat in the queue and when the second one was submitted they both were processed quickly.

ASCPA pet insurance is fantastic
I filed a claim for a leg injury on Thursday March 14,2019 and I received my direct deposit on Thursday March 21st. I was totally shocked this was processed and the claim was paid in a weeks time. The claim form was easy to fill out, I uploaded it and sent it in. I have always been kind of leery about pet insurance because of the horror stories I have read and heard about claims not being paid, but ASCPA took those fears away. Totally committed to this insurance company for my pets illness and injury coverage

Awesome service, fast hassle free claims processing. Highly recommend!
I have filed several claims since taking out pet insurance for my great Dane puppy. I have had nothing but prompt, efficient service. Cleans are easy to file and reimbursement timely.

Simple and Easy
Working with Nationwide has been a simple and easy process. They respond via email and traditional mail to confirm receipt of a claim and provide a rationale as to why or how much of a claim has been covered. I am never left wondering where the claim is, what was approved and why it was or was not approved.

Nationwide pet insurance has helped to keep our Labs happy and healthy.
Very grateful for our pet insurance. However when they do contests it is for a quote on a new pet only. How about rewarding those of us who are loyal customers.

Easy to understand
Submitting a claim is easy through the use of the online portal. Attaching receipts/invoices is simple. When I receive a breakdown of the claim it's easy to understand and the reimbursement directly into my bank account makes it convenient.
