Poisonous Snake Bite
Our 5 moth old Golden Retriever puppy, Hank was bitten on the nose by a poisonous snake in our yard.
It was early evening so we rushed him to our local Pet E.R.. for treatment which required an overnight stay. The treatment was expensive but thank goodness we had the pet insurance to help offset the cost of treatment.
We have had the coverage on other dogs previously and knew the value of the policy and coverage, so it was a no brainer for us to get for Hank when he joined our family. Thanks Nationwide!

Nationwide is the Best
Our Bulldogs have more skin issues in the summer due to the heat. Without Nationwide, we would not be able to afford giving them the best care to resolve their issues and keep them comfortable.

I value the work that you do, person(s) behind the screen!
You guys and gals are great. I have 2 policies for Jack, my Siberian Husky via Nationwide, and formerly for Kit, my now deceased Siberian Husky. Whenever I take them for a vet visit, I simply follow the directions to file the claim for any services that can be reimbursed through my policy, and within 30 days I get my statement back on what was covered, what wasn't, and why. Pretty simple and reliable. Thanks for what you do.

Provider is slow in response and not caring of insured pets.
Absolute terrible customer service. Took 2 months for them to realize I had sent in all requested paperwork, after submitting/ emailing it 3 times. Then, once the paperwork was "glanced" at Trupanion decided it was a "pre-existing" condition even though the pet had never displayed remotely similar issues before.

This is the best and easiest insurance I have!
I would recommend this to any pet owner! It’s so simple to use with the app for claims. Everyone is so kind. We get wonderful emails “notes”, quickly paid claims. It’s a win!

Love Nationwide!
Having Nationwide Pet Insurance has really eased my mind as I have 4 dogs and each time one goes to the vet it adds up but knowing I have insurance for each of them really gives me peace of mind and I know I am doing everything I can for each of my dogs.
