Trupanion is not only an insurance company but acts more like a family member. Their concern for my "Tessa" whenever she experiences a problem is though they are a member of my household. And this sincerity pertains to whomever I speak with. Trupanion is simply a great organization to deal with.

Trupanion has been wonderful handling all my needs. Unfortunately my sweet Jack passed away. While dealing with my claim during his recent illness every one I have spoken to at Trupanion has been nothing but helpful and compassionate. Thank you.

I wish Trupanion s coverage would encompass a little more. B4 dental work is done the vet wants blood work done @$200. The procedure is 250 to 300 . extractions are $75 EACH. You say youll cover but what%? On extractions. I started paying 36 a few years ago and i was told expenses are going up thats why it was raised to $52 now? So she tells me not Mckinna, another ph call, that Trupanion gets many requests for coverage. I said whats that have to do with me? Am i to help pay for their coverage when i havent even put in one claim yet. This is my first. So its only for major surgeries then? Whi c h might hopefully never happen. So at $600 per year if my dog lives to 12 yrs old i ve paid you guys $ 7200 for peace of mind having never used the coverage. At least help me on some of the more minor issues in the interim. This is my only gripe otherwise reps are always pleasant and helpful.

Trupanion is the absolute best!! I recommend it to literally every single dog owner I know, and every dog owner I meet. Feels wonderful to know that my baby is in good hands.
