I wish Trupanion was my health care provider for humans. I love knowing that my Pet is covered by Trupanion . It helps in my decision making, knowing that financially there’s help in my Pets care. Truly happy with the whole Trupanion organization. From the reps on the phone to the reps answering e-mail. The whole team is fast, friendly and effective.!

I just feel the turn around is not good.
I just feel the turn around is not good. When I first got the insurance and entered a claim the turnaround time was faster. My rates even went up & I am not one to put a lot of claims. I think your company has changed. Will see how my turn around time is for this claim.

We had a positive experience with Trupanion when our female bichon,
We had a positive experience with Trupanion when our female bichon, Molly, required extensive medical care. It was a blessing that we were able to provide the care she needed without being concerned about cost. Trupanion was wonderful. The service representative was compassionate and informative. No hassles with the claims.
