Wellness Claim
What an awesome insurance company. My claims have been handled fast. I also appreciate the way they let you know they have received the claim and it is being reviewed. Then you get an email to let you know the outcome of the claim. Very fast and professional.

Fynch is happy, so I'm happy!!
After researching other pet insurance companies, I found Nationwide to be the easiest and best for my pet's needs. Sending in a claim is very easy with VitusVet. But I must say, every time I called and talked to a Nationwide rep., I was always satisfied with all questions smartly answered. And the web site is easy to maneuver.
When my girl Violet died, their sincerity was appreciated.

Hassle-free claims
I’ve been a customer since 2011. I’ve seen positive changes since VPI became Nationwide Pet Insurance. Now I have the Whole Pet with Wellness Plan for both of my cats. I love that I can submit claims via the VitusVet app, with a pic of vet bills. Most importantly, this plan allows me to focus on my pets’ wellness when considering making appointments for needed procedures, rather than delaying because of pocketbook considerations. The process of getting reimbursed is speedy. Thanks, Nationwide!
