I really don't like to be calling after Trupanion to get my claims paid. It is poor customer service to have to wait almost a month for payment. You expect your clientele to pay their premiums on time - we expect Trupanion to pay us equally as timely.

I have had exceptional customer service and the coverage is great.
I have had exceptional customer service and the coverage is great. My dog has had a life-saving operation in the USA and 90% of everything was covered - plus the follow-up medication for the rest of her life. Trupanion is the real deal!!! I am beyond impressed with this insurance company. I will never have another dog without Trupanion coverage. Thank you!

Zylkene
I am disappointed that Zylkene is not a covered product under Flash's policy. However, Kimmy provided me with great service, clearly explained the exclusion, and provided information on the order policy that would cover meds like it (but would be subject to pre-existing condition exclusions). I am not sure the rider makes sense given that what I want to cover would now be excluded but I appreciated the information.

I recommend Trupanion over all other pet insurance providers. I am especially pleased now that the Quick Claim option is available, so my vet's office is paid directly. That is so much more convenient for me.
