I already recommend Trupanion to friends, family and anyone who has a cat and/or dog! I find the claims processing to be excellent and the customer service is great. I believe that it is very important to have pet insurance for the welfare of the pet.

We always love Trupanion!
We always love Trupanion! The ease of getting ahold of someone, the high level of customer service, and the knowledge of your reps is awesome! Plus, we think the premiums are more than fair for the return of benefits we receive for my dogs’ care. What I pay in premiums, I could never have saved on my own effectively and that means I never have to make a decision about care based on finances. Trupanion is peace of mind.

Zylkene
I am disappointed that Zylkene is not a covered product under Flash's policy. However, Kimmy provided me with great service, clearly explained the exclusion, and provided information on the order policy that would cover meds like it (but would be subject to pre-existing condition exclusions). I am not sure the rider makes sense given that what I want to cover would now be excluded but I appreciated the information.
