Everyone I talk to at Trupanion has been wonderful.
Everyone I talk to at Trupanion has been wonderful. I tell everyone how happy I am. But the final test will be how you deal with my precious Bailey's up coming surgery next week. I have let you know every step of the way. If you cover the 90% of the cost , I will be eternally grateful. That is what I am expecting. Please do not disappoint. Since we are retired and do not have that kind of disposable income, that is why we have insurance. Say a prayer for Bailey, that everything comes out right.

Lashell's assistance went far beyond what I would have expected
Lashell's assistance went far beyond what I would have expected from a satisfactory call to any company's customer help line. She solved my issue immediately and followed up with personal emails updating me on progress. I honestly felt that she had "taken ownership" of my call, so I am grateful for this opportunity to let Trupanion know.

My experience has been excellent.
My experience has been excellent. My service dog Hansie was mangled by a pickup truck in my front yard by a person who did not even stop! Camille and others at Trupanion were great....comforting and very helpful.
