I love that your people love pets. You can tell that they care (or act like they care). They must hear silly pet lovers on the phone all day long and they are always professional.

My puppy is very ill, and I need some answer about my claim, wether I will get covered or not, so I can make a decision on what further treatment I would be able to afford. This is the second time I call, and unfortunately my claim was not able to be fully processed yet.

Unfortunately I vented to her about the increase in my rates. I understand now but maybe she could have offered a supervisor. I was pretty testy and I apologize.

I feel in recent weeks the hold time has become a lot longer when calling.

Latonya helped me in a big way by suggesting I start the claims process going prior to my pet Elliot's appointment with the veterinary hospital because he had been seen by my regular vet several times and had tests done and meds dispensed. By doing as she suggested, I met my $50.00 deductible ahead of this visit which I knew was going to be expensive. I also have money coming in towards a bloodwork claim. I can't thank Latonya enough for giving me the advice she did-the claims process has gone more smoothly because of this. I don't have to go back to point A from point D as an example: I was going to wait to file everything. Bless you Latonya for your insight and kindness/compassion at this difficult time.
