I am truly pleased with the policy, the ease of filing claims and the speed at which the claims are paid. I have 2 golden retriever puppies, one who has been battling a chronic UTI since she was 9 weeks old (they're now 5 months old). Nationwide has been there covering every vet visit, every test and all the antibiotics and probiotics that she's been on. The puppies also underwent hip surgery at 16 weeks which was covered and paid by Nationwide in less than 2 weeks. Their customer service reps are always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

ASPCA staff was excellent keeping me informed of my claims. They explained the process for my two claims could take up to a month due to it was my first claim when I started the new policy. The ASPCA Pet Insurance app made it so easy for me to photo snap and send my claims right for the App to start the process. After a horrible confrontation with a larger dog, being hospitalized and on 3 different meds for weeks, our little rescue dog, is coming around. All the invoices were sent to Nationwide and they quickly emailed that the claim had been received and they would notify us of any and all updates. There have not yet been any complications with paper work and every payment received has been clearly explained. It is a comfort to know that we are dealing with such a reputable company while we continue to bring our "little guy" back to his old self! Thank you

It seems claims are taking longer and longer to process. Even the acknowledgment of claim received now takes 48 hours or more, when before it was 24 hours.

Embrace rescued us when one of my rescues, a 2-3 year old, suddenly had a mass on her leg. Claims processed within the week, precert for a surgical biopsy provided with zero hassle within 24 business hours. Patience and kindness to me even when I was anxious, unreasonable and difficult. After a terrible year of preexisting conditions, mistakes on coverage, Embrace has solidly worked to do its best for us. Everyone there who helped us get through this gets our eternal gratitude!
