Please process my most recent claim faster.

I feel in recent weeks the hold time has become a lot longer when calling.

Cheryl sent me a form to appeal my case as I believe my case was not properly vetted. I think Trupanion reveres itself to be an immediate coverage company that when present a case looks for an out not to pay. I am disappointed with your company and will probably not recommend your company. Your employees try to help but do not.

Good claims service, would and have recommended Trupanion with proviso that each must determine own deductible

Latonya helped me in a big way by suggesting I start the claims process going prior to my pet Elliot's appointment with the veterinary hospital because he had been seen by my regular vet several times and had tests done and meds dispensed. By doing as she suggested, I met my $50.00 deductible ahead of this visit which I knew was going to be expensive. I also have money coming in towards a bloodwork claim. I can't thank Latonya enough for giving me the advice she did-the claims process has gone more smoothly because of this. I don't have to go back to point A from point D as an example: I was going to wait to file everything. Bless you Latonya for your insight and kindness/compassion at this difficult time.
