Cheryl sent me a form to appeal my case as I believe my case was not properly vetted. I think Trupanion reveres itself to be an immediate coverage company that when present a case looks for an out not to pay. I am disappointed with your company and will probably not recommend your company. Your employees try to help but do not.

Deductible
The fact that each health condition has its own deductible is an steep challenge for us as dog parents. Wed prefer to pay down one deductible. But the convenience of Truepanion Express at our vets office is appreciated.
