Hard decisions made easier.

Trupanion was kind, responsive and helpful when our dog needed surgery to remove a liver mass. It made a hard decision easy knowing we could afford the surgery with our policy. I have recommended trupanion to all my family and friends.

It's a good company that is reliable to pay claims. I was disappointed that being a loyal paying customer for the past 17+ years, I wasn't eligible for a first free month with our new puppy and I had to wait 2 30 days for any illness coverage. This is due to our vet not dealing with Trupanion and not able to offer the deal. This is our third dog we've insured with Trupanion. We were offered a free first month and immediate coverage with pets plus us pet insurance but I declined it because I'm loyal to Trupanion.
