When you no not pay for the full amount I assume the charge is for the service is greater then allowed but I never know for sure if that is the reason.

I purchased insurance for my dog after adopting her 8 years ago. Never needed it until recently - x-rays, neurological and blood testing were all expensive. Nice to know they were on my side and the claim process was extremely easy and fast. Would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance and this will be the first thing I do should I get another dog in the future.

I have an English bulldog and everybody knows how they are prone to get health issues. My sweet puppy had his first eye surgery when he was only 6months. This was before Health Paws (unfortunately, sometimes we wait till something happens to make a move).Now he is 1 and 4 months and another eye surgery, but this time it's different than before. I was a bit unsure if they would say this was a pre-condition, so I called and they said, again, if it's unrelated, we'll cover.! And that's exactly what happened! It took only 1 week after I've done the claim, they responded me with the details of the refund. Now I'm waiting for the check to arrive! Totally recommend it!

Wait, what? Yes, insurance for your pet is fantastic. We have the full package insurance. We used it twice for pneumonia hospitalization from urinary tract infection.
