Kathleen was AMAZING. I was so pissed off about having to call you (ex-girlfriend, who bought the dog and then left the country - forcing me to take everything over and I DO NOT HAVE MY SH*T TOGETHER) and then Kathleen was, annoyingly, a beacon of kindness and sunshine, forcing me to have to be nice too and destroying my bad mood. I genuinely can not believe you have such a sweet, kind person working for you - how are you so amazing in a pandemic?!?! I was only going to stay with you for a month and then cancel, to get my ex to shut-up, but after this experience I can't cancel. You are lucky to have a person such as this working for you and you should do whatever you can to make her never leave. That new Tesla SUVs are pretty cool.......

When I was looking for pet insurance for my Maisy girl I shopped around until I came.across ASPCA Insurance. What I liked about them is all the options you have in the policy. Like different amounts of deductibles and how much of a limit for your policy etc.. I got a.policy that works for what I needed. Very easy to use, just get your itemized bill take a picture of it send it in with your claim and ASPCA does the rest. I wish i would have gotten it earlier. Paul

The online app is easy to use. The claims processing is pretty fast - immediate acknowledgement, 1-2 weeks to settle a claim. The coverage is significantly better than the previous vet health insurance that we used.

Nothing I've submitted so far has been eligible

I already had a system for submitting claims: print & complete the form and fax it with the itemized receipt. However, working from home, due to covid-19, I was forced to consider other options. Not sure when Nationwide upgraded the process, but it is much better now. No more paper form - just complete the info online and upload the receipt from my vet (which is emailed and electronic already). Saves paper, time, and trouble! If you're getting a pet, I HIGHLY recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance. It is worth every dollar! I'm amazed at how much we get back on wellness visits, etc.

Good day I been with this company since I’ve had my puppy baby 4 years They have never given me a Problem with a claim, fast and easy!

We have such peace of mind knowing that Remi is covered under such a great plan. Appreciate the 24/7 vet line included too :) We tell all of our friends with fur babies they need Nationwide pet insurance!
