NO issues what so ever! Bleu does have the best plan they offer and I haven’t run into any sort of issue yet. Reimbursement is always less than 30 days.

Easy to use online claims . receive Direct deposits on claims. I have nationwide for 4 years and never had an issue with any of my dogs claims. The only drawback is it does take about 30 days to get your money from Nationwide, wish this process was quicker.

All is good and getting better

Had Pet's Best for six plus years and never had so much as one single problem. Our dogs health has deteriorated rapidly for the last two years and they pay for everything at 90%! We file about once every week now on line (easy!) and the money is sent directly to our account in about 5-8 days usually. I highly recommend this company.

Our dog developed Cushing's. According to our vet this is quite common in dogs, about as common in hypo (low) thyroid in people. With Pets Best we didn't have to worry about our dog's expenses with the work up for it, labs, ultrasound, or treatment, medication daily which is a bit pricey. With the coverage, our dog should live out his normal life span. Without it, we wouldn't necessarily have been able to have it diagnosed and treated. Thanks, Pets Best. Love Pets Best! We have had Trupanion for 8 years for our dog and 5 years for our cat. Our premium for the two of them is currently $113/month (goes up every year). For the past 2 months, our cat has had a severe medical problem requiring critical care, blood transfusions, bone marrow biopsy, a feeding tube, numerous lab tests, numerous meds, special diet, and he was recently put back into Critical Care yesterday for an infection of his feeding tube. Things are not looking good.. So far the bills have run approximately $17K and Trupanion has paid his claims promptly. The first claim usually takes awhile since they have to get the paperwork and info from the vet, etc., but since then our claims have been processed very quickly. No, they don't pay for exam visits (including our CC dr. visits which are $125) or taxes (here in MI 6%), but without this insurance we would have had to put him down two months ago. Like I said, things are not looking too good today, but at least if we have to make a decision to euthanize, at least it won't be due to cost. They have been supportive and kind when communicating with them. Can't ask for too much more than that. I would also recommend that people look into CareCredit; they have a six months/year same as cash for veterinary care.

Pet insurance is a must for everyone.

I'm happy I added the wellness coverage to my kitten's plan. I was reimbursed my entire claim amount for our routine shots and check-up.
