Im not renewing my insurance
This insurance company takes over 1 mo before you can get your money back. In it does not cover the most expensive medication. It dis not cover the skin problem my dog has. Ill just switch with Banfield next time.......

Very happy with the speed and explanation of my claim.
This was my first claim for ear issues with my cat. They settled the claim quickly with clear explanations of what is covered or not by codes. I have also been very pleased with their answers to questions either by phone or in e-mails. Paws UP!

excellent overall, but the rates keep going up
We have 4 dogs and 2 cats so the vet bills can be costly. Pet insurance is the way to go, especially if you're a muti-pet household, but the premiums can add up, so full coverage is really only worth it if you're pet is ill/old and/or it's accident prone. Having said that, they have many different policy types to fit your needs, so you don't have to break the bank. They even offer wellness benefits for the usual annual stuff all pets require, which is ideal for a young healthy pet. They are super fast to process a claim and, as in our case, you get 70%-80% back after your deductibles. On a large vet bill, that alone makes the monthly added expense worth it.

Way easier than it used to be.
It had been a few years since I made a claim which is a good thing. I logged on and to my surprise, you can do everything online now. Before you had to fill out this long form and scan it in. Now everything is very user-friendly and the whole process seems faster.

If I could get this insurance as a human, I would!
We have used ASPCA on several occasions with our puppy. To say that I am surprised at the responsiveness and efficiency of this company would be an understatement. I work with insurance companies every day, both health and auto, and have never had this positive of an experience. Whether it is a $5k claim or a $150 claim going to my deductible, I have yet to get a rejected claim. We are very happy and will continue to be customers with ASPCA for years to come.
