This is the first time I have purchased pet insurance. It has been a wonderful experience with Nation wide. We have a Great Dane and she recently had some stomach issues. We paid the expenses out of pocket and had out claim paid in less than two weeks. I would highly recommend Nation wide. Our Dane is a huge part of our family and when she got sick we were able to count on Nation Wide. Thank you.

Our beloved Bengal cat recently died after a short unexpected illness. For eight years our cat was healthy and didn't require any medical treatment other than shots. He started breathing a little harder a couple months ago and within a month his back legs were paralyzed and we had to put him down. He was definitely a huge part of our lives and we miss him so much. Embrace responded immediately to our claims and processed them quickly. We appreciate their kindness during the whole process and will definitely buy another policy when we are ready to get another pet.

And this insurance is great. I am very lucky to have this insurance offered to me through my employer. Medical care is extremely important for my pets as they are my fur children. Nationwide is extremely kind and helpful when you call them. Last year one of my Pets passed away and I received a very heartfelt condolences card from them. This is something I will never forget. This company reimburses quickly. My claim on 5/27 was settled on 6/1. Check will be here soon!

I’ve had Embrace for about a year and a different brand of pet insurance the previous year. Never had to file a claim until now. Though it’s only a wellness claim (for nail trims, routine checkup, vaccines, etc.) I was delighted to see my claim process & approved in such a short amount of time since submitting it! Customer service response time has been wonderful as well. As a mother of an almost 8 year old beagle mix, you hope you don’t have to spend money and put your insurance to use but that’s what comes with being a fur mommy.

I think your insurance is so great, I tell all my friends to be sure to get it for their pets. .and many have. One friend can't stop thanking me. Right after getting the insurance, he fell carrying his puppy upstairs. The pups leg was broken and Nationwide paid the whole sizeable bill! You have been so great helping me give the best care for Willie, I cannot thank you enough!
