Miso the doge sniffed, jumped, and sprinted around for 4 years without any issues until she was diagnosed with bone cancer recently. The surprise resulted in a two month long vet triage period followed by forelimb removal. Super thankful to have Embrace since puphood. They have been helpful every step of the way in managing Miso’s health expenses.

Never expected to need insurance as much as I have but bought this plan after losing one of our dogs and incurring substantial vet bills trying to to save him. I never want to be faced with money dictating my decisions on medical care again. This plan has more than paid for itself in the time I've had it (3 yrs). You never see these things coming, they just seem to happen and it's very re-assuring to know you have a safety net. Like health insurance for humans It won't pay all your bills but it certainly makes it much more affordable and gives you the ability to make hard decisions on your pet's care without finances being the top priority! This is insurance has been a life saver, they have covered every single health problem that my dog has had during her 8 years, they are quick sending you the check, they cover almost everything and never a question is asked. When my cat died I received a call and a condolence card and they automatically cancel the insurance for me without even asking, they understand your pain. Two weeks ago we brought both of our Great Danes to a public dog park and while the dogs were playing one of the other dogs became aggressive with our boy Rufus. The other dog started biting him and jumping all over him. My other dog Goliath jumped into the middle of the two dogs wrestling in a way to help his brother Rufus and was bit himself. The entire event took no more than a minute or two. Once we saw the aggression we ran over to separate the dogs and survey the damage. Rufus had bite marks on his neck and his chest with blood showing from both areas. We immediately took him to our vet's office where he had to spend the next two nights under their care. My other dog was looked at then released. the following day we got the bill from the vet's office and it was in the thousands. I guess there is a lot of work that goes into helping our beloved dogs to get them better. My vet's office filed the claim the following day and Embrace paid the claim the following week. Thank god for Embrace. My wife and I are so glad that we have Embrace protecting our dogs while they experience the joys of life. If we didn't have Embrace I would be nervous about bringing our dogs outside of the house in fear that they would get hurt and I wouldn't be able to pay their bills. Thanks again Embrace!

Nationwide is the 3rd pet insurance plan I have tried. I have two dogs insured and have had to submit claims for both dogs this year. One dog is under a year. I was very nervous as I had nothing but disappointment and issues with the other plans. Nationwide has been a breath of fresh air. They have been honest with information, responsive, and have paid the claims per the plans agreement. Customer service has been outstanding. I have no complaints and hope it sustains.

Signing up was very easy and staff was able to answer all my questions. I have only had to turn in claims for wellness so far on my puppy but Wmbrace has covered them and I receive the reimbursement very quickly
