Your staff is amazing!
Your staff is amazing! Every single time I call, from start to finish, the experience is a pleasurable, learning experience. The customer support reps truly care about me and my cats, and each one has a thorough understanding of the programs available and are exceptionally skilled at explaining them and helping select the one to best suit my needs. When my cats recently got very sick with a rare virus, it’s hard to explain how much it set my mind at ease, knowing I had the Trupanion reps waiting to help me through my first claim experience. Thankfully, the claim process was pretty easy, and I received my funds in a very timely manner. In a nut shell, Trupanion is the very best, and I would never consider a other insurance carrier. Thank!
