So impressed
She said that she was going to work on my statement between calls and she did. To me this meant that she used her down time between call centre calls to address my issue which was more convenient for me instead of me waiting on hold for a really long time. That would have been inconvenient and would have left me with a bad impression. Since my issue didn't need immediate resolution (over the phone during the phone call), she was able to give it the attention and focus it needed and I received an email a few days later.

Great & quick
Alyssa was great and I received my money very quickly. The service has always been great, it’s how much the cost goes up every year that has me seriously considering cancelling

David was very honest and kind given the situation.
David was very honest and kind given the situation. I was a bit disappointed at the fact that my monthly premiums drastically increased $11 a month based on California and national numbers and that I insured my cat starting at age 10. Which seems to have been the key. You would think pet insurance would work differently than human. I'm still a big supporter of Trupanion and of what they do and what they cover because they are the best. I only wish they could be different than the others, lead and not follow the numbers.
