Everyone is nice and helpful.its honestly a pleasure to speak with someone. There. I'm glad we haven't had to use our insurance, but I'm so glad to know it's there. And if I had a claim, I know it would handled with as little difficulty as possible, because again, everyone is so great;) it's not like they know why your calling, but always professional and pleasant;)

Great insurance company!
I couldn't say enough good stuff about Embrace. They have been so great. Answered all my questions. Claims so easy to fill out and submit. Direct deposit into account within couple days. Payment very reasonable on three dogs. Covered very well with coverage that I got to choose. Only had couple months but yet they've covered several hundred dollars already in wellness. Never wanted pet insurance before until I found this company and they have made it so easy for all three of my dogs to stay healthy and taken care of properly.

Great service
Our bloodhound, Molly, has been covered by Nationwide for most of her 11 1/2 years. It is great assurance to know that we can afford the care that our veterinarian recommends. We have sent several claims, and all have been processed quickly. Although not every portion of a claim has been covered, we always knew the reason why not. We recommend Nationwide to many of our dog owner friends.
