We got our beloved Golden when he was 11 months old and we wanted to make sure he was always taken care of. So we got the insurance and we are sure glad we did. He had to have surgery last Feb when he tore is CCL and that alone was worth the premium we had been paying up to that point. Overall I am pleased with service. I like that I have the ability to submit claims from an app and overall claims are done in a prompt manner. The only complaint I would have is when first claim was put in, you have to give all medial information from various places. It would have been nice to know up front that this was needed.

We became Nationwide clients about a year ago, through the benefits group of my employer. Because our pets are different ages and species, we ended up with four policies (five later) at three different rates and with different coverages.
