Trupanion is the best decision you can make for your pet. If they need anything nonroutine, which tends to happen with all pets, their coverage is simple and easy to understand. They don't cover exam fees, but after you deductible, they cover 90% of an illness or injury related cost for the life of the pet. We have never had an issue with a claim being questioned it denied in the over 5 years we have had this coverage for our pets. And when you can, the customer service is great. They are definitely empathize with you and your pet. I wish they could ensure me too! I'd love to have an experience like this with my own healthcare.

Based on a phone call on a holiday weekend, Embrace issued precert in time for surgery to save my dog's leg. We are grateful beyond belief. This is the Embrace that I've recommended to everyone I know and didn't want to have a pet without. Not having to worry while waiting on surgery or delay surgery due to financial worries is why I have insurance! Thanks!!!

Embrace quickly processed and issued a check for a biopsy and diagnostics within less than a week when my 2-year old suddenly had a cancer scare and hairline fracture in her leg from a bone cyst. During a terrifying week when I thought I might lose her, need to amputate a leg or face really bad choices, Embrace totally came through for us!

Deductable is PER ACCIDENT/ILLNESS, not annual. This means a vet visit with a $250 deductable plan is going to cost you at least that much up front. Dog gets hit by car, first visit is $250 + your portion of co-insurance. Follow up visits for those same injuries are co-insurance only (10% in my case). Dog swallows a bouncy ball the following week and needs it removed, that's a new $250+. I just feel this isn't as apparent as it should be. The direct bill is soooo worth it tho. Highly recommend.

Best insurance out there, they paid back promptly, don’t need to fill out any insurance claims, just submit a bill through their app, super fast, claims usually processed in 1 or 2 days, when my dog had an emergency they agreed to pay upfront also. Best experience. Very professional and truly care about your dog.

Claims are easy to file and have been paid promptly. Neuter was not covered on my policy when I thought it was ouch that hurt the pocket book. Other than that for the most part I am satisfied

ASPCA has always been there for me. When Morgan, Toy Yorkie, was attacked by another dog, they contacted me to ascertain if he was recovering. When Morgan is sick they contact me for status and if the medication is effective. ASPCA does not treat you like a claim number, they treat you like a human being. Every representative I speak with always take the time for a thoroughly explanation and display concern for my Morgan. I have recommended the insurance to friends who have become members. Kudos to your staff and service.
