I expected Trupanion to deny every claim until we argued about it.
I expected Trupanion to deny every claim until we argued about it. That has been my experience with most insurance companies. I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy it has been to work with Trupanion. I even got proactive phone calls to let me know what would and would not be covered. Thank you for the excellent service!
