Embrace is the BEST!
I cannot say enough good things about Embrace. My French Bulldog has had her share of issues, including bouts of pancreatitis, a mammary duct mass, and numerous eye ulcerations. Embrace has been wonderful each and every time. They're quick to pay, they don't question the vet's decisions, and even when my checks were returned to them (we were temporarily getting mail forwarded), they contacted me and helped me to set up direct deposit. The staff is invariable kind and helpful when I've called with questions, too. Having pet insurance makes what can be tough decisions, when expensive vet bills are looming, just that much easier. I am a responsible pet owner - I still shop for the best price on Minnie's ongoing eye medication because it's only fair to Embrace, and Minnie hasn't had pancreatitis in several years, since I started cooking her food myself. I recommend Embrace to fellow pet owners on a regular basis. They are excellent!

The best insurance ever!
they cover my claim in 10 days and in top they give me a personal call asking me ho my little dog was doing and if they can help with anything else!
This is the best costumer service I have from a insurance company!

Very Happy Customer
Have been with ASPCA Insurance for a couple of years now. Great experience here. Claim submission process is extremely fast and easy. Confirmations and updates come via email. Coverage has been fantastic and customer service is great. We moved over from a different provider and ASPCA has far and away been a big upgrade. Highly recommended to help care for your fuzzy kids!

Nationwide Responds to Claims Quickly
Nationwide has been awesome about paying for meds. I'd recommend them to all dog owners, and in fact do recommend them to friends and family members.

Very Happy Long Term Member
I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance almost 10 years and am very satisfied with their service. Filing a claim on line is very easy. They are very fast in processing claims and the follow up is on target. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions. I live in the city and come across lots of people waling their dogs. I recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to them when they ask which insurance I have for my pet.

NO REGRETS - EMBRACE IS SIMPLY GREAT!
My previous cat suffered from kidney disease. The cost of treating her for several years was quite costly, and I had not pet insurance. When I adopted Quincy, the cat, I asked my vet to recommend a pet insurer. I was told to research the coverage online. Based on the fact that Embrace offered Wellness coverage, I enrolled Quincy. Embrace is FANTASTIC. All claims are handled fairly and expeditiously. I love the newsletter content and I am so happy that I choice Embrace.

Prompt responses - excellent service!
Having a new puppy can sometimes mean more vet bills. Nationwide has been professional and accommodating with each of our vet visits. Communication between Insurer and client is excellent. Thank you for inquiring how our puppy is dong after surgery!

Flexible and reliable pet insurance.
I have had Embrace pet insurance For Zak since he was a puppy and have never had anything but a pleasant experience dealing with them. Recently Zak has had a number of procedures done to diagnose a lameness issue which has entailed a number of visits over a period of time costing thousands of dollars. Embrace has been quick and dependable in covering each and every occurrence without any delay or issue. It is unfortunate that Zak has to go through so much, but it is comforting to know that I can rely on Embrace to stand behind their product and help with the costs.

Good company
I've used Nationwide for 30 years (they bought Veterinary Pet Insurance which I was a member of after they were founded). We've had many dogs and cats insured with them and the insurance let us fight cancer and other diseases that we could not have otherwise afforded to do.
While there have been minor quirks and issues over the years we've been satisfied with the customer service and reimbursement on various vet bills.
We're very happy with the electronic deposit system. In years past, it seemed that the check would take longer to arrive (after disbursement) than the initial adjudication. Now, we can receive reimbursement within a couple of days of adjudication.
The one area of improvement that we would like to see is faster adjudication of claims. This has improved in the last couple of years but it would be nice to see more improvement, since it takes cash to visit most vets, and most vet visits are unplanned. Part of the problem may be attributed to rapid growth (I remember VPI when it was a small company and turnaround was fast).
Overall, we'd recommend using their policies and services. If it weren't for the insurance we had through VPI, and now Progressive, we wouldn't have been able to treat our pets on some major medical issues.
