Awesome company. I already wrote a review, but here's another one. They've never let me down. Big deal there is a deductible: Once you meet it by paying your VET (not Nationwide), Nationwide pays 90% of eligible costs (practically everything is eligible). I think a lot of people are confused about this. You're going to pay your vet ANYHOW, so just submit all your costs to Nationwide, including before the deductible is met. This company gives me peace of mind, that I can properly care for my two little ones, instead of Googling and getting a lot of extraneous and misinformation. I love this company.

After you send the claim for your pet to Nationwide and after they review it, after a few weeks, you will get your reimbursement.

The claims process is very easy. I was able to submit it quickly and got a response back in less than 3 weeks. I love the new feature of being able to directly deposit the claim in my bank account.
