A+ Pet insurance company, claim process was easy and effortless!
This is my first time purchasing pet insurance for any pet and since I was adding another addition to my family I wanted to make sure I am able to take care of all her needs. I did my research and found that Pets Best was the best choice out there. Not only do they offer the wellness care plan but they do online claim submission which I think is awesome! I just enrolled and I've already recieved two reimbursements for Ella's vaccination and office visit! I definitely recommend. The whole process was easy and effortless!!

They love pets
I find it really easy to view the claims and check on the status. They process claims really quickly, sometimes in a week or less. I love that I get a call to check on my dog after his vet visit

The customer service is outstanding.
The customer service is outstanding. Even though I could find the form online Aubree attached it to an email for me for ease. As a mom with a one-year-old who finds it really hard to get to a computer I just really appreciated it, it makes it so much easier. She was absolutely lovely.
