Hannibal was sick with an upset stomach and we went to the vet for his care. Fortunately it was nothing more than nerves from a stressful car ride. Pets Best handled the claim quickly and easily.

We have both Welllness and Emergency insurance. We haven't had to use the emergent care, but wellness has been so fast in turning around the checks! Also, it's super easy to email the claims.

I enrolled my bulldog in Embrace when I first got him as a puppy. It has been the best decision I could have made for him. Bulldogs are notorious for health problems and having the security of insurance gives me incredible piece of mind. They process claims in a timely manner and get my reimbursements back to me quickly. Clearly stating why a claim was denied, my claim was denied but I didnt get a clear reason why nor do I have time to go back and get clarity. I would just chose not to renew my policy upon renewal. "
