Pets best blows the competition out of the water!!

What's there to say? I bought insurance to cover vet bills for my dog and they do without any trouble. Highly recommend them.

Embrace was SO helpful with our dogs surgery!

Our dog had to have shoulder surgery when he was under 1 year old. Thanks to Embrace, the cost of this surgery did not have to be a huge stress for us. Embrace has helped us give him the care he's needed not only for surgery, but also recovery. Bentley still has physical therapy and after our vet submits the claim form, we receive our checks very promptly. No follow-up needed, we get our checks without any hassle...it's very easy!

We're in good hands with Healthy Paws!

Our two-year old greyhound, Brit, developed a pronounced limp. Upon examination and x-ray, our vet found that she had a small but sharp piece of gravel that had worked its way through her paw pad. It was in so deep that it could be removed only by surgery. We are fortunate to be new members of the Healthy Paws family. We submitted our claim, and were happy with how quickly and efficiently our claim was settled. We also received a follow-up email inquiring as to Brit's recovery. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Healthy Paws!

Unknown denial of claim

Someone denied my claim for an illness, but did not support the decision. They took 2 weeks to process it before emailing me to give more detail. I sent an invoice, and they said they needed to get paper work from my vet, then they denied it saying it was from before I put insurance on the dog. But it was false and they will not provide me the paper to show it was an illness prior to insurance date.. terrible..

VPI not all cracked up to be

I purchased VPI insurance when I first got my new purebred yorkshire terrier Sammy. In 2003 pet insurance was hard to find. I used them for about the first three years of his life. I found their policy to be complicated and the payouts were rare. I would not recommend VPI as an option for pet insurance. You end up paying most of the costs of annual exams, wellness visits and minor injuries yourself. At least that was my experience.

Excellent Service

ASPCA Pet Insurance has consistently provided great service. I have peace of mind knowing that my dog is insured if he is ever injured or sick.

Simple, Caring, Professional

TruPanion has been a saving grace to our two cats. I manage the care of both my mother's cat and mine. Our vet, Pet Crossing, submits claims right while we are in the office. Ususally, care is processed quickly, I pay my deductible plus the balance and we are off back home to catnip and curled up napping. This was the case in our most recent trip to Pet Crossing. TruPanion also has pre-approval of claims for those serious incidences where I needed solid financial information to understand if I could move forward with treatment. Though premiums have risen as our cats age, our two cats have not had to cash in any of their nine lives since being covered by TruPanion.
