Thank's for helping get my Brussels Griffon back to feeling Great

I went to Nationwide from another pet insurance company because the claims were difficult to submit at the other company. Nationwide is easy. Equally importantly, they pay what their policy says they will pay, and they do it in a timely manner. Thanks Nationwide -- Nice to know "you're on my side"!

Totally impressed with FIGO!!

In my opinion Figo Pet Insurance is amazing. They are very transparent and customer service oriented. When I joined, which was not long ago I read through everything and I called Figo and asked a lot of questions for clarification. But now something happened to my pup out of no where and Figo followed/covered exactly what I read and they communicated. I think it is a well structured insurance company. My only advice is to read / talk with customer service and know what your plan covers. Take time to know what a pre existing condition/symptom is because no pet insurance will cover that. I fully trust Figo and I will proudly recommend this insurance to my family, friends and vet office!

Too slow

They are just too slow in processing everything. Faxes from Vets continuously were not found despite the confirmation provided to my vet. When you send they a claim, it's never "received" till at least a day later. When I questioned the fax issue, I was told they have a wonky fax machine and this is a common complaint. So fix it! When I sent in a certification request for an ultrasound, it took many days to get reviewed, these things are typically an urgent matter so should not take days. I needed the claims person to speak to my vet, she called and left a messg for the vet to call her back knowing that you can almost never get to a specific claims person when calling, and my Vet doesn't have the time to keep calling her- but did leave her a return message which was never responded to. Eventually I was able to get an email address for this adjuster - but only that adjuster could complete the claim- any adjuster should be able to step in and deal with it.

Great, quick especially with the automated payment option now available

I have to say I love the convenient online claim upload option. It works great and I can see my claims being processed by logging in to my account. I also just activated the automatic payment option they offer now. No more waiting for checks and having to deposit them. The reimbursement amount is being deposited straight to my account. It couldn't be any easier.

glad to get those checks before the credit card bill came due!

we were pleased to have all of his two incisions and necessary bloodwork and laser treatment covered and paid quickly after the vet faxed them.
