Simplest thing ever!
Filing a claim with Trupanion is the simplest thing ever! I have a stored picture of my claim form, take a picture of a new meds invoice, attach, submit, voila!

I was paying them 2 years. But once I had a claim - they rejected it
My dog has damaged her leg. We went to an urgent care and did an X-Ray. Embrace Pet Insurance said they need a medical history from that urgent care. I never been to that urgent care before so we had no history there. Embrace said it will take longer time to process. And they never paid the claim off. Why do I pay them if they don't do their job? I regret that I was paying them for 2 years.

It’s a comfort to know Trupanion is insuring my pets.
It’s a comfort to know Trupanion is insuring my pets. My Irish Setter has had several medical issues, including cancer and two blown knees. Without Trupanion insurance these financial burdens would have been devastating.

Best Pet Insurance ever!!! So thankful to have them!
Words cannot express how thankful I am to Healthy Paws during a very stressful and scary time. My beloved French Bulldog all of a sudden started shaking and her back legs were super wobbly and unstable. I rushed her to the emergency vet hospital where she was examined with suspected IVDD. They kept her over night for medical hospitalization. The stay itself was over $1300. I am so grateful that I have such great pet insurance in situations like these. Not only did they cover majority of the cost, and they sent me an email to check up on my Frenchie to make sure she is doing well. I can't say enough great things about Healthy Paws. Truly a life saver!

Completely satisfied with our care!
We had to bring our kitten to the emergency vet (not our regular doctor). The process was extremely simple, and the claims communications were thorough, so we understood exactly when a claim was sent and how much our share of the cost would be. It was a major relief not having to worry about the claim, and instead focus on caring for our sick kitty. 100% would recommend!
