This insurance company is great! The customer service representatives are always responsive and easily solve whatever problem we've had, which have been very few!

Longtime customer disappointed in coverage
I was disappointed that with an upgrade in policy my dogs dental surgery was not covered 100% as it had been in the past. It should be the older your pet gets and you select the highest policy available that we get more coverage not less.

After initial application, a convenient and reassuring plan for ensuring the health of our dog
We elected to use Nationwide's Pet Insurance as a benefit after picking up our new puppy, Kai, this January, and it has already provided a reassurance against an overwhelming, unplanned vet bill. Like most puppies, Kai is prone to eating just about anything within reach. After making a meal of mulch and a hefty vet bill to return her to health, we were very pleased to have this insurance in place.

If there is a better company out there, I will never find them due to the great service that Embrace has given my 11 year old.

Looking for an pet insurance that will not disappoint? Healthy Paws will be there when you need them most!
A couple of weeks ago, my dog Annie developed a sudden and aggressive form of gastroenteritis and landed in the ICU. It took 3 days of round-the-clock care before she began to rally. Annie's been home with me now for just about 2 weeks, and is on her way to a full recovery. It was a close call that required critical care, and Healthy Paws was there for us. Not only do they make it easy to submit claims, they process them quickly. And there is more. They wrote us yesterday to ask how Annie was doing. We are grateful beyond measure for their support.

Our claims have been paid quickly and with no issues. We used the app to upload the vet bills and submit. Money gets sent directly to our checking account within a week.

Amazed in more way than one
We have never been disappointed with Nationwide pet insurance. Monthly cost are affordable. The claims process is simple and fast. Would definitely recommend to other pet owners.
