This is why you but pet insurance!
I absolutely can't think of a way they could have done it better. From an easily uploaded photo of my vet bill, to easy online form completion, to quick response and EOB issued, and fast direct deposit to my bank - I don't know how they could have done it better. No wiggling out of claim - they paid, paid efficiently, and paid quickly. I'm so grateful that I had our rescue dog insured all these years!

Because if they told me there was a $250 deductible I didn't hear it.
Because if they told me there was a $250 deductible, I didn't hear it. Because I called to find a vet that took direct pmt. I went to that vet and they didn't seem to know how the insurance worked, wanted me to pay and get reimbursement, left me in the Texas sun for 2 hours waiting on them to figure it out for a simple ear infection which physical all they did was exam and look at bacteria under microscope. They said that the insurance declined payment for the exam and they didn't know why. In other words, the insurance and vet appointment was a miserable experience. And I had a $150 vet bill for an ear infection.
