Best pet insurance
We love our Nationwide pet insurance. It's saved us a few times for major events and helped cover a lot of Lola's normal vet bills.

Worth every penny
I was initially resistant to pet insurance but this has been a great value for our Frenchies. Definitely recommend Nationwide.

Great service

Not covered enough
I recently submitted a claim, and I submitted as told that the claim is old, when obviously is a new claim.
It is clear that who process the claim is not doing a great job.
I feel that for what I pay monthly am not cover enough.
I have now to send everything again and make sure to call. Which I am not happy.

Nothing is ever perfect.
Nothing is ever perfect. Plus this company is fairly new, and there is always room to grow and change. I have personally printed and distributed Trupanion website information to 12 of my friends that live in my apartment complex. On a different topic, I was having difficulty creating an account on the Trupanion website and Harmony my (Trupanion Representative) was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Thank you Harmony! One suggestion for improvement would be to issue Pet Insurance Medical cards to carry with you.
