great job so far have had you for 2 years, only had one bad experience when you abruptly canceled one of ur dogs insurance without telling us, that was fixed but not to satisfaction, but everything else was great and timely

I do not recommend healthy paws. I’ve always loved them until I’ve recently actually had to submit a claim. They asked for additional documentation before they could complete the claim, so I sent them everything they asked for. They then just continued sending me emails saying I was missing documentation and every time I emailed back with the same documents they never answered my emails. I emailed and called their customer service line too and never heard from anyone. Then I got an email today saying my claim was closed because of not receiving the documents they were asking for

Our Henry is recovering nicely, His doctor says he will make a full recovery and be able to run again. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance made that possible. I didn’t have to make a decision based on money, but rather one based on long-term quality of life. This is his second TPLO and they have paid in excess of $8,000. I enrolled Pixie when we first got her at 9 weeks. At 1 year she needed knee surgery. We were so worried about her and the healing process that not having to worry about the bill helped immensely. Trupanion has not failed me on any of the claims we've submitted over the last 7 years. We are now dealing with a liver issue, ultrasounds, blood work and medications. Trupanion always comes through. It helps the pet owner to have freedom to make necessary decisions without worrying about the cost. I'm so thankful for Trupanion and the staff for handling my claims and questions. I will only ever have Trupanion for my pets!
