Having Embrace insurance on my puppy from the day we brought her home was the wisest choice ever made. Without the coverage, I do not think that I could afford to give her the continuing care that she needs, to come back to her full potential health.

So far having this pet insurance has helped out with medical bills for our Pit bull. Not knowing that pit bulls are known for skin allergies, this insurance has helped. Being a single parent with a daughter in college, and this being her dog, it is nice to know that some of the costs are taken care of.

I signed up 2 cats for illness insurance, while both were seniors, yet healthy. This year, one was diagnosed with cancer. He even lost a leg trying to save him. We did all we could but he passed on. My bills didn't add to my grief, thanks to Pets Best. Claims handled within a week and reimbursement within the next week. They even canceled his account after he died and sent condolences so I didn't have to make that call. Very glad I got this insurance. Great job to those at Pets Best.

This is the second time I've made a claim and both times I've been very happy with the results. Claims were handled very quickly. I've been very glad I have the insurance because when my Great Dane gets sick he really does it up!

Way too much to go into here. But we own three GSD's. Two of which ended up with cracked teeth (molars) that required root canals & crowns due to root exposure. Both surgeries exceeded $3K each. ZERO HASSLE from HealthyPaws. Processed ALL claims without ANY issue well within a week. Follow up and addressed all of my questions as it related to our policy promptly and more importantly politely and professionally. What was truly impressive was their personal follow up to see how Mela was doing and that she is on her way to a positive recovery. I am still amazed by that.... Great company and even greater team! I highly reccomend Embrace Insurance!! They are prompt, and easy to work with. I had another company before them on another dog, and it was a nightmare compared to Embrace!!

I have had Embrace insurance since 2010. Never had to use it until our little chihuahua Charlie Brown suddenly deveoped seizures and congestive heart failure last summer.Embrace has been fantastic! Claims paid quickly and great staff!

Best pet insurance I've come by. I have a great dane and her vet bills can get pretty pricey so having embrace has been a life saver. I 100% recommend it to anyone with large breed animals.

I purchased ASPCA Pet Insurance and with in a little over a week I made a claim. I had my puppy neutered. I was amazed at fast response and payment I received. Also the amount I received. I have told my family and friends who also have pets. My husband in Sept. of last year. I got my daughter a puppy I did not have health Insurance on him and he had got into poison. That I did not know my husband had put out. And he died. This time I made sure that her puppy would be protected. I was going to make sure this one will not die on her. He is a shih tzu and she named him Fluffy puppy. And takes him everywhere. Even puts him in a baby carrier and then walks around Walmart. He is her best Friend and I am going to keep making sure he has health Insurance and I think if you want a pet then they need insurance just like us. Because they are family.

I'm really glad that I went with Embrace for my pet's health insurance. The prices are reasonable and any time I have a question and I e-mail the Customer Service they have always responded in a day of my e-mail. I also like that I'm able to check on claims on line and if I have any questions I get a response very quickly.
