I signed onto Healthy Paws in 2014 when I divorced and knew I couldn't afford large claims. My dog is healthy but aging. His breed is prone to fatty tumors, and I worry about the tumors being cancer. He also has arthritis, and I want to keep him comfortable. With Healthy Paws, I can afford the best in healthcare for him. He's my only family for about 500 miles, and he's promised me he will live forever, but.... Ollie just had 4 large tumors removed. (This is the second claim for tumor removal--both were reimbursed by HP, thank God.) I was so worried because it was a new vet in a new state, but all went well. Healthy Paws took care of diagnosis, meds, and treatment and they make filing claims so easy. Take a photo of the bill on your cell phone and send it on the Healthy Paws app, and you have a check in less than 10 days, most of the time within several days. If only MY healthcare was that easy and reliable. Love, love, love this company!

Pet Partners is a team of very dedicated, very compassionate and highly efficient employees. In the 12+ years that I have had a policy with them for my dog I have always been treated with the highest respect and know that the welfare of my pet was their utmost concern. They are very efficient and the speed and accuracy that claims are handled is amazing. Anyone I have ever spoken with has shown sincere interest in helping me get questions answered. We've been a Petshealth Care Plan customer since my Newfie was a puppy. He's in his golden years now @ age 14. Petshealth Care Plan's claim process is simple and processing of claims has been quick. No complaint in all these years.
