Easy and User Friendly!
I use lemonade for my apartment insurance. I’ve used it for quite some time and I’ve always found it so easy to use on just my smartphone. It’s very user friendly and easy to follow. The design is chic.
The only drawbacks could be that it might be a bit pricier relatively and some of the important info is hidden in the fine prints during the enrollment process (pay attention to limits and deductibles) so it might be a bit misleading on the face/main presentation.

Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months.
Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months. Its easy to blame inflation for rising prices, however, a $21 monthly increase takes a toll on a middle class family like my own. I was forced to raise my deductible to keep my premium at a reasonable rate and I¡¦ll be shopping around to other pet insurance companies moving forward.

Nearly perfect pet insurance
We purchased pet insurance for our 3-year-old English Setter just in case anything happened. So far all claims that we submitted were quickly dealt with either reimbursement of money or reasoning as to why we're not reimbursed. They are very responsive and quick which is great. I did not give them a perfect score as I do not recall them indicating that preexisting conditions were not covered so I was a bit surprised that they did not reimburse some items that we requested get treated.
