Embrace has been the best for my boxer boy

I have had my boxer boy for over two years now and we recently were dealt with a harsh blow, as he has been diagnosed with Lymphoma and even with chemotherapy he will hopefully be with us for one more year. I purchased Embrace when we first adopted him and he has had numerous medical issues even before the lymphoma diagnosis. Embrace has been wonderful to work with and if it wasn't for them covering all of his issues we would not have been able to keep him healthy. The recent claims submitted for his lymphoma have been processed in just one week which relieves so much stress and allows me to focus on taking care of my baby boy. Everyone at Embrace is caring and wonderful to talk too.

Healthy Paws is very caring and quick to process y

I have had Healthy Paws for going on two years now.Unfortunately I've had to use the insurance as my little Anna hot sick What a wond wet full surprise to see the speedy response on proceeding my claim. Then a Healthy Paws representative called to see how she was. I am so impressed not only with the service but in hoe much they genuinely care about your dog. I would highly recommended Healthy Paws to anyone looking for insurance. I'm glad I choose Healthy Paws.

Simple process, great customer service

I'm trying not to be redundant but how do I not repeat all your other reviewers? Your claims process is simple, your customer service helpful and efficient, payments come quickly! Please read, this could happen to anyone

I have always carried pet insurance on my dogs (and I recommend that all do this). I chose ASPCA insurance based upon the reputation of the ASPCA. Our plan ran from January to January. In december a routine exam showed my dog was anemic. Initial testing ruled out the common causes. Further testing continued into January, where a serious autoimmune disease was diagnosed. To my shock all claims after January 1 were denied. Why? because the insurance has a clause that coverage for any continue cannot continue into the next plan period. So since my dog got sick in December, we only had two weeks to diagnose and treat this condition. May I point out that they denied me any further coverage before we even had a diagnosis. So much for my fancy Level 4 plan. Run like the wind from this insurance company.

True to their word!

We insured all three of our dogs this year and every time a claim has been submitted it has been paid. I can't say enough how much we like this company. Everything we were told in the beginning has been right on. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pet insurance!

Will be canceling soon

I have had it with Embrace finding one excuse after another not to cover my pets claims!!!! I have 4 pets with you and every time I submit something there is an issue!!! Why do I need your insurance? I might as well put the $81 a month in the bank, so I will have a way to cover their issues that arise that you don't feel you should pay. Like a ruptured cyst on my dogs tail that may need amputation at some point? Or my cat need anesthesia because he had lesions in his mouth requiring 8 teeth to be pulled and probably more later? You viewed anesthesia as not medically necessary, because they also cleaned what was left of his teeth! You know, because that would have been comfortable for them to keep him awake and alert for that procedure!! So done with EMBRACE and their lack of respect for my pets problems. Why did I sign on for this if you were going to find an excuse not to cover every claim???

Embrace is Amazing

I can't say enough about this terrific company. We got our dear little dog Lucy at 10 weeks old. At about 10 months, strange bluish images appeared on her corneas. Turns out her eyelids turned inwards causing the eyelashes to continually scratch the corneas. The blue images were scars. If we did not have her eyelids surgically corrected she would become blind. Embrace covered the surgery! Two years later Lucy developed an ulcer on one eye, requiring another expensive visit to the veterinary ophthalmologist. Embrace came through again. I am so grateful. It is a relief to be covered by Embrace. I recommend them absolutely.

Never again!

I signed up for this in the event of catastrophic illness for my Golden Retriever. I paid (escalating) premiums for 2 years in spite of no claims. When my veterinarian's office began routinely submitting all visits, I was shocked to learn that taking Dasuquin as a joint supplement made the dog ineligible for any services relating to joints or joint injury. Fortunately we did not have a problem with his leg. Unfortunately we learned that we wasted 2 years premiums because their plan is to disallow. This was a wake-up call, I cancelled and regret signing up in the first place. They should refund my premiums based on their claims of coverage which I actually didn't have, according to their rules.
