Timing for claim review is too long when I submit claims for the same items each time
Bella is on a prescription food and one medication for two different issues. The same claims are submitted for food and medication and sometimes the review takes over 30 days. I submit all the necessary documentation each time, but I don't understand why the review time is so long.

Problem free and painless!
I submitted claims for two dentals for my cats. These were not optional, unfortunately, and I was very worried about expense. I had a deductible, but happy to say the insurance paid my claim in just five days! My cats are pain free, and I didn’t take such a huge hit to my wallet. They answered all my questions ahead of time, so I knew what to expect. In this case, my expectations were far exceeded. Thank you!

Effective, easy and helpful!
We were extremely pleased with the coverage of the procedures Bane received for his oral surgery. It was a very unexpected situation, emotionally and financially, and to have the comfort of knowing he was covered made the whole experience a lot easier. Thank you!

Blessing!!!
Nationwide Pet Insurance has proved to be a true blessing to assist in helping to keep Sasha Rose in as good of health condition as we have been able. Appreciate so much especially accepting the Vet diagnosis for her intestinal problem requiring the I/D supplemental food. First time I've had insurance for a pet, especially so important now as an 80 years old retiree who is finding retirement savings dwindling, but so important to have Sasha Rose with me. Thanks to all of you.

Good foundation but go faster
I appreciate the help with the vet costs but on the other hand I pay good money every month for that very thing and I expect faster attention to my claims. My last claim took over 30 days and I had to contact customer service to inquire. After that all four of my pending claims went through fast.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are more than happy to take your money on your premiums but when it comes to paying claims they will look for any loophole and deny every claim! I even talked to a representative prior to purchasing this policy about specific coverage and then when I tried to submit a claim they denied every one citing pre-existing condition. In addition if your pet gets sick with the same thing more than 2x in an 18 month period they won't pay. Steer clear -- save your money!!

Couldn't be happier!
We've had this insurance for almost 2 years & I couldn't be happier! Due to the volume of claims it took a little longer but it was communicated clearly which I appreciated and my claim was still processed and paid within 10 days. It's great customer service. I absolutely love Pets Best. Because they covered the allergy test I know my baby girl is allergic to rice, peas & flaxseed so I can work on getting her better. Hopefully this means fewer upset stomachs & less itching. Thank you!!!!

Overall good service; sometimes takes awhile for reimbursement. Getting better.
Overall good service. Glad I have pet insurance. Pets are just like having kids; they need their check ups and sometimes don't feel well. Having it us a must.
